Do you have a dream of seeing people of ALL abilities belonging and thriving in places of worship and outreach?


Come and hear from some field experts on the WHY and HOW of bringing sports ministry to people of all abilities and let’s make that dream a reality! Then, participate in an interactive Q&A session with our guest panel featuring parents of children with disabilities, along with those who have participated in and lead all-ability initiatives in the past. We will finish with an all-ability sports experience designed for you to practice leading participants and adapt your own activities to their needs. So come ready to participate and learn how to play and lead all-ability sports while doing ministry!

STEVE JONES

Fellowship of Christian Athletes

(Global Executive VP of All Ability Sports)

Steve Jones serves as the Global Executive Vice President of All-Ability Sports, where he oversees FCA’s ministry to coaches and athletes with cognitive or physical disabilities to further the FCA mission and vision, as well as ensuring ongoing connectivity with field leaders who are responsible for All-Ability ministry.


A pastor with 20 years of experience, Steve was a volunteer chaplain for a professional rugby team and then moved into a voluntary chaplaincy and character coach role with a wheelchair rugby team. A long-time advocate for All-Ability sports, he’s served as a sports chaplain at numerous international sporting competitions, such as the World Para Athletics Championships in France, the Commonwealth Games in Scotland and at the World Wheelchair Rugby Cup in the UK. In 2012, Steve was a sports chaplain in the Athletes Village at the Olympic and Paralympic Games in London.


For two years he was the Chief Executive of 360Ability Sport, a UK non-profit organization that serves the world of All-Ability sport and is a goalball (a Paralympic sport for individuals with a visual impairment) coach for the South Wales Goalball Team.


Steve and his wife Sarah reside in Wales in the United Kingdom, and they have two adult children, a son Clement and a daughter Hope.

Sarah Chaudhery

(Canadian Director of All-Ability Sports)

As a 6-year veteran of the Canadian National Rowing Team, Sarah Chaudhery’s (formerly Sarah Bonikowsky) athletic career includes silver and bronze World Cup medals, two National Championship titles, a fourth-place finish at the 2008 Olympic Games and a bronze medal at the 2011 Pan Am Games.


As a paediatric occupational therapist, Sarah is passionate about encouraging all people—regardless of age or ability—to pursue their dreams both inside and outside of sport. As the Canadian Director of All-Ability Sports, Sarah helps churches, partners vision, and implement sports ministry to coaches and athletes with cognitive or physical disabilities. This is the continuation of our FCA mission: “To lead EVERY coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church”


Sarah, her husband Joe, and kids Zoë and Zach reside in Ontario.
