Registered ID Cards

FCA Canada wants to offer as many opportunities as possible for people to come and volunteer with us. We have created a separate system for our valuable volunteers. Since volunteers can join us for for one or many events, ID cards will be assigned to everyone individually. We ask that you follow the steps below to complete your ID card registration.

As a staff member or coach, you officially represent FCA Canada at all of our events, programs, meetings and more. You are required to wear a photo ID card so that others may know who you are and that you were trained/hired by the FCA Canada organization. Please carefully follow the steps below.

We need a good quality photo of your great smile! Most smart phones easily meet the spec requirements needed but please make sure your photo size is not small or pixelated. (300ppi or a higher resolution)

If you do not have an FCA branded shirt, please wear a plain, simple, muted coloured shirt. NO LOGOS outside of FCA Canada should be visible. Please DO NOT wear hats, sunglasses, masks or anything else that obstructs your face. Prescription glasses are acceptable but try to avoid glares in your lenses.

Ensure that you have a FLAT plain background. Find an open wall without a pattern to have behind you for the photo. Outside lighting always looks great but DO NOT have any leaves, trees, homes...etc. visible in the background.
